Ok. You want to count brutality incidents based not on totals or each event. But based upon the unique formula of interactions.

By that standard. Cops die at about one in what? Five million interactions? One in twenty million interactions? Which means the job is just not dangerous right?
For Rape we have to consider that literally hundreds of millions of interactions occur for each rape. Men talk to women and do not rape them. So by using the same formula Rape is not a problem either.

The test of a mathematical formula is if it works in any or all situations. Using the same procedures means it is fair. Applying it to the deaths of cops the same way you apply it to police brutality shows that there is no real danger to cops.

You are the one who is having problems. When the Bureau of Labor Statistics lists the most dangerous jobs. They use the same mathematical formula to determine the dangers. How many people died. How many people work in the field. How many hours did they all work.
