That's no reason to shoot him fool. Why are police drawing weapons and shooting people over petty bullshit? Police are out of control.

You do realize that once a perp gets your taser and tasers you he can easily remove your firearm and use it against you, right? He pointed the taser at the cop.

Couldn't you ask though why did they have to arrest him? Why not just call his family to come and pick him up so that he can get home safely? From what I have been reading and hearing he was not causing any problems leading up to that and was just asleep in a car.

Look at what happens when you try to act rationally in an irrational situation; escalated ritoting and mistrust due to the irrationality of the situation. From reports--a perfectly legitimate response to an arrest--Brooks took the taser off of one of the cops who were going to arrest him--a use of force on an armed suspect now lights a fuse that explodes.
