Atlanta is burning down, because of another black thug.

He attacked the cops after they gave him a sobriety test and he failed and was being put under arrest and got ahold of the taser.

That's no reason to shoot him fool. Why are police drawing weapons and shooting people over petty bullshit? Police are out of control.
You can’t just say I don’t want to be arrested and beat up cops. Are you listening to your self?

Why are police being called over petty shit - like there's a guy passed out in his car in the parking lot?

When police first encoutered George Floyd, their first thought was he was in medical distress, so they cuffed him?

What seems to be happening over and over is that police become enraged whenever a civilian offers "resistance", which can be as simple as questioning what the police are doing, or why they are being arrested, and they just start shooting.

The cop was shooting at that man as he ran away. Take their guns away, and stop sending armed cops out on petty shit.
wrong---
so let criminals commit crime--that's real smart

He ATTACKED the cops, what were they supposed to do let him attack cops with no reaction?

He attacked the cops after they gave him a sobriety test and he failed and was being put under arrest and got ahold of the taser.

Couldn't you ask though why did they have to arrest him? Why not just call his family to come and pick him up so that he can get home safely? From what I have been reading and hearing he was not causing any problems leading up to that and was just asleep in a car.
He was drunk or on drugs therefore its a DUI or DWI. He then attacked cops which is a felony

Even though he wasn't driving and was apparently sleeping? Doesn't this situation kindof hit on the ongoing topic of how the police should respond to calls? For me personally this is one of those situations where nobody has been harmed and clearly someone needs some help and so why not have the moment lend itself to an act of kindness by the police by helping him get over over the standard, some might say out-dated, method of going straight towards arresting?
It comes down to training, I think. Cops are just not trained to react proactively--they're trained to apprehend. Add to that the police culture of contempt for those they serve and you have incidents. Those incidents used to be the norm...and cops are being very slow recognize that the game has changed..in fact it's changing as we speak.

A beat-down by the cops was looked upon as a normal consequence to interacting with them--just a few years ago.

It would appear that We, as a nation, are done with the boot on our necks. It's not just a Black thing...but if I were black--I would see it as such!

The cops...well...I know it's naive of me..but to me the perfect cops...were the ones on TV..Adam-12 and Dragnet. That is how cops are supposed to act. They never have though..in this country. LA policing in the 1970's was nothing like Adam-12!

But it should be..and Protect and Serve should mean something.
training doesn't matter
...HIGH IQ EXPERTS in their field kill hundreds because of human error = pilots
..experts in their field kill their OWN = military
..you can train for years and it's like combat = not the same as the real thing
..these situations are dynamic and '''''human'''

Everything was going ok until they tried to handcuff him

Well...watching that.....I think the cop was being a complete asshole. Dude wanted to walk home.He was not driving from what I saw. Cuffing him was unnecessary. But then I don't know the whole story yet either.

You’ve clearly never dealt with an actual “complete asshole” cop before. This cop was as cool and professional as you're likely to meet. And cuffing him was necessary. It’s part of the arrest procedure.

Oh yes I have. When I was 20 years old or so, a CHP pulled me over for supposedly a taillight out. He asked me to get out of my car (this was on highwy 99, central cali), follow him to his car so he could get my info. So I did. He got in, then commenced to DRAG me in with him, in the front seat, mind you. He wanted more than info, lemme tell ya.
I got away..barely...and went straight to the police station at home and told them. They said they had reports of this happening to other young drivers alone in a car at night on hwy 99. I did the best I could to describe him, and they caught him.

HE was an ASSHOLE. And a rapist as well.
The cop with the camera seemed cooler headed. The other one was picking a fight in my opinion...and could have avoided the whole situation just by letting him walk home and taking his keys.

As usual, the truth comes out AFTER towns are burned. And, I now have no regrets this asswipe got snuffed.

I'm Rayshard Brooks, I was sentenced to 7 yrs for beating my kids, but was out on parole due to covid-19. I drove drunk to Wendy's. When a cop tried to arrest me for my 2nd DUI, I took his taser & fired at him, because I knew that I'd be sent back to jail. I'm a martyr now...

BLACK BEHAVIOR MATTERS

Why are people who riot because they run out of pumpkins talking?

Protesters have marched onto an Atlanta highway
From CNN's Melissa Alonso

Protesters have marched onto the Interstate 85 and Interstate 75 connector in Atlanta.
Dozens of police vehicles have lined the highway, shutting down the interstate.
Not far away, a fire has been started outside the Wendy’s where Rayshard Brooks was shot dead by police on Friday night.
The situation is ongoing.

Considering the poster here probably none of that is true.
