All over federal elections do keep upNo, the indictment lists 34 state crimes
Cheers,
Rumpole
All over federal elections do keep up.You try again. You do not have the right to falsify reports that are filed with NY. NY can legally prose cute for that.
Well, since the DOJ has been transformed to Biden’s Consilgliare, the local DAs now have an obligation to pursue the Biden Crime FamilyWhile a few Republican DA's are hungry to get Biden, Hunter, et al., seems they are querying Comer for the dirt they can use to indict. Now we shall see if Comer's mouth is bigger than his plate. I suspect there's nothing on it to chew on, but it sure looks nice from a distance.
As my learned colleagues in academia are wont to say, the New York Post, founded by Alexander Hamilton, would not recognize what it has become. While it may not be a full-on tabloid, it bears all the hallmarks of one. Its appearance and style are reminiscent of the best of British tabloids, although it is not the kind of publication that garners awards for excellence in journalism. In fact, it has only managed to lay claim to one Pulitzer Prize, which is hardly an impressive record for any self-respecting journal of record. One might say that the NYPost exists somewhere between a serious news publication and a tabloid, but with its brazen and sensationalistic headlines, it sure looks like a tabloid to me. In the immortal words of that old adage, "if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck,....and you know the rest."
At least two Republican DAs want to prosecute Bidens: Rep. James Comer
House Oversight chairman says Republican prosecutors want to bring a case against the Bidens after Alvin Bragg charged Trump.nypost.com
WASHINGTON — At least two local GOP prosecutors are looking at ways to charge President Biden and his family amid Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s prosecution of former President Donald Trump, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer revealed Wednesday.
“I had two calls yesterday, one from a county attorney in Kentucky and one from a county attorney in Tennessee,” Comer (R-Ky.) told “Fox & Friends.” “They were Republican, obviously, both states are heavily Republican. They want to know if there are ways they can go after the Bidens now.”
Comer is leading a House Republican investigation into Joe Biden’s role in his family’s international business dealings in countries such as China and Ukraine. The lawmaker’s staff recently reviewed Suspicious Activity Reports filed by banks to the Treasury Department regarding possible criminal activity by the Biden family.
All over federal elections do keep up.
A non-disclosure agreement is perfectly legal, so there was no illegal "hush money."Bragg campaigned on holding a famous criminal accountable, as DAs often do. THat that famous person was Trump, was not an arbitrary fact, it was based on the fact that he is listed as a non-indicted co-conspirator in a campaign finance crime. Out of the federal crime, he found 34 counts of a state crime, which can be enhanced to a felony, owing that they were designed to conceal the hush money payments, and there is the tax deception, as well.
So, now you just make up stuff.Your statement is false.
Pomerantz and Dunne resigned over an entirely different evidentiary path and potential prosecution, their path was the evidence accumulated in the Trump Org indictment. Bragg decided to go after the filing falsifying documents misdemeanor enhanced to a felony because the 34 counts were designed to conceal the Daniel's hush money payments.
i'm certainly not qualified. You need to have a talk with Bragg and tell him that you believe he's wrong about what he said.
Georgia is another over reach since it's a federal election issue. Nice try thoughi'm certainly not qualified.
But the system prevents an AG from wrongly indicting, the grand jury system. If the evidence doesnt support the charges, the grand jury wouldnt indict. But as far as linking state crimes to a federal crime, only the New York appeals court can judge that.
But before then, we'll see charges from Fulton County GA, and Jack Smith on the document theft.
dont you remember trump asking for 11,780 votes?Georgia is another over reach since it's a federal election issue. Nice try though
And it's a federal issue not a state issues FEDERAL elections violations is not a state issue.dont you remember trump asking for 11,780 votes?
That is entirely within the state of Georgia.
And includes perjury from witnesses and possible racketeering.
Boy, you sure are in for a shock.A non-disclosure agreement is perfectly legal, so there was no illegal "hush money."
Any tax deception was on the part of convicted tax evader Michael cohen.
So, now you just make up stuff.
Two top prosecutors leading the criminal investigation into former President Donald Trump and his business resigned after the Manhattan district attorney said he was not prepared to authorize an indictment against the former President, a person familiar with the investigation said.

The New York Times, citing sources, reported that the grand jury investigation had stalled, with no sessions in the last month, and that Dunne and Pomerantz quit after Bragg raised doubts about pursuing a case against Trump himself.
Non disclosures are most assuredly not illegal. Hell bush legal ever heard of John Edwards?Boy, you sure are in for a shock.
Trump broke both georgia state law and federal law.And it's a federal issue not a state issues FEDERAL elections violations is not a state issue.
State the Georgia statute that gives Georgia authority over federal elections and is the supreme law of the land?Trump broke both georgia state law and federal law.
When somebody violates a state law, then that state prosecutes that law.
Federal law makes it a crime to “willfully fail or refuse to tabulate, count, and report such person’s vote,”
It is a federal felony to knowingly attempt “to deprive or defraud the residents of a State of a fair and impartially conducted election process” through “the procurement, casting, or tabulation of ballots that are known by the person to be materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent under the laws of the State in which the election is held.”
Georgia, state law makes it a crime to, “with intent that another person engage in conduct constituting a felony,” solicit another person to commit such a felony. A person convicted of soliciting a felony in Georgia “shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than three years”
Georgia law also specifically makes it a crime to engage in “criminal solicitation to commit election fraud.”
federal elections, yea right.State the Georgia statute that gives Georgia authority over federal elections and is the supreme law of the land?
Show me the word democracy in the US Constitution? Federal election laws are federal authority not state.federal elections, yea right.
do you know how democracy works in this country?
Each state runs its own elections for everything.
The votes for federal positions are sent to Washington DC, like the electoral votes for president for example. You might recall it takes about a month for a state to certify their electoral votes. Each state has their own laws on how elections are run.
Verbose retard ^ said something. But then, who cares? While a few Republican DA's are hungry to get Biden, Hunter, et al., seems they are querying Comer for the dirt they can use to indict. Now we shall see if Comer's mouth is bigger than his plate. I suspect there's nothing on it to chew on, but it sure looks nice from a distance.
