Astronauts In Search Of A Landing

We never got around to building what? The shuttle or the space station? The shuttle built the space station!

We built the shuttle in advance for a space station we didn't yet have. By the time we built the ISS, the Space Shuttle was no longer in service.
Now we have had the ISS for years but have not had our own means to get there until thankfully, by SpaceX. Boeing, forget it. Get it?

Finally!

Stranded Astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams To Return to Earth Mid-March on SpaceX Dragon Capsule After 9 Months in the International Space Station

Maybe they should just jump out. Put a really thick mattress on ground somewhere near they will land and you're all set!

Remember those two astronauts who went up to the ISS for just a few days last June? They had the misfortune of riding up on Boeing's Starliner which flunked out with a bad booster leaving them stranded there.

So their 6 days became 6 months and they were supposed to get a ride back down very soon on the next SpaceX launch up there except that this has now been moved back for technical reasons to March. So now, the mission that was to last just 6 days will have stranded these two poor schnooks in space for 3/4ths of a year.

Another first for Boeing Aerospace!

It's what happens when we allow corporations to grow old and fat off of the tax payers dole. There should be annual cullings and mercy killings for corporations past their prime to make way for new and hungry blood. Like a Purge but for AT&T.

Boeing is completely fucked. They can’t even get the two Air Force ones online.
