Definitely from a long distance. You can tell the scum could not get a steady aim most likely from being so far. Also not in a steady position where he was at. One microinch President Trump moved it grazed him. That's why my tree theory can make sense since he had his car ready to getaway from. Which he's on the run right now as we chat.
