Unarmed trespass in a public building is not a capital crime and certainly does not call for summary execution.
I don't ever say that. Feel free to check my record on that.

In that situation, yes, LEO acted lawfully, understandably, and would do the same again.

You posted nothing of the sort, Mormon Robert. YOu posted a bunch of guys screaming she shouldn't have been shot.
Two investigations into Lt. Byrd's actions found he was justified.
The answer was in my comment.
"Babbitt was the ONLY one who breached that space".
I would have shot the others too.

Mormons tend to support Trump too muchly. If Robert is some type of Mormon, I am not surprised that he supports violent revolution against the Constitution.

I have posted my view on this so called mistake. The Cop was aiming at that area and gunned her down. She had not done a thing to him.
Nor was she a threat to cause harm to a person.
