As Expected, Trump's Incompetence Showing Bg Time

But Trump supporters are willfully ignorant and will blindly defend Trump no matter how wrong and reprehensible.
Progs are toxic in their major legislation initiatives. You guys just destroyed parts of Los Angeles. The beauty is, that major corporate interests from within our nation will move to red states. Your own commie judges will help that along.

There is no reasoned thought whatsoever on Trump's tariffs, no strategy, no thought given to the increase in prices for American consumers, and surely no thought of Mexico, Canada, and China finding other suppliers of food or raw materials and no coming back to American suppliers when these mindless and counter productive tariffs are ended.

Trump is playing three-dimensional chess. Most casual observers are playing checkers. The general public is playing with itself, figuratively speaking. Hence, the brief stock market dip.

Check back in18 months to decide whether Trump's tariff gambit was wise or stupid. I admit that I'm not competent to assess. Can you, dear reader?

You actually think this type of action will make Americans have better lives?

If you do, explain how! Right now and based on what he has done in 2 weeks, Americans will be paying more for most everything they buy, Americans will have less laws and justice, and Americans will have less safety. What are the benefits we now have?

wall street is all about wall street's coffers Lucky

~S~

You mean to say that Americans are not (and should not) be about their own coffers?

and Musk, Zuckerberg , and Bezos are not about their coffers?

Go complain to Canada.... We spend 14 times more money there then they do here. With that type of financial input if they can't drop the tariffs on American goods the only response will be to raise tariffs on them. **** them and **** you party puppet.

/---/ What part of "don't buy their crap, and you pay no tariff" confuses you?

As I have now stated for the past 8 years, the biggest negative about Trump is his incompetence.

Today, the Wall Street Journal is stating the incompetence in a public and national way

Wall Street Journal editorial calls Trump tariffs ‘dumbest trade war in history’

Donald Trump hit Canada and Mexico with a 25% tariff on imports, and China with 10%, on Saturday in a move that launched a new era of trade wars between the US and three of its largest trading partners. The tariffs against Canada tax oil and energy products at 10%. The editorial board of the Wall Street Journal called it “the dumbest trade war in history”.

Those are BIG words coming from a company that represents big business and is considered to be Conservative.

The WSJ is a division of Dow Jones, which is owned by Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. The paper's primary focus is business and economy but also covers other areas of news. The WSJ has several media platforms, including a daily print paper (except Sunday), web access, tablet and smartphone app editions. Its generally conservative positions on economic, political, and scientific topics have been influential.

When such a comment is stated by a company that has generally supported Trump, it carries a lot of weight.

For your information, today the Dow Jones is due to open 600 points lower due to the tariffs. That is money talking.
Eight years of TDS. Your emotional meltdown is your own fault.

This is where we are going. It is difficult to give an exact time frame when we will reach the bottom, but we are definitely heading there

There is a transition. We have two agendas now. Progs and RINOS versus Trump.
