Any transfer of weapons or ammunition to Israel that would be used in Gaza is likely to violate international humanitarian law and must cease immediately, UN experts* warned today.



The experts welcomed the decision of a Dutch appeals court on 12 February 2024 ordering the Netherlands to halt the export of F-35 fighter jet parts to Israel. The court found that there was a “clear risk” that the parts would be used to commit or facilitate serious violations of international humanitarian law, as “there are many indications that Israel has violated the humanitarian law of war in a not insignificant number of cases”.

Over 29,313 Palestinians have been killed and 69,333 injured in Gaza since 7 October 2023, the majority being women and children. “Israel has repeatedly failed to comply with international law,” the experts said.

Please realize that the conflict for land in Israel - Palestine did not begin in October of 2023 but with the invasion of foreign Zionist terrorist gangs who were responsible for early Nakba massacres(1) and land theft during the 1930s - 1940s

Before the invasion of these murderous right wing Zionist terrorist gangs, Arabs and Jews got along reasonably well. (2)

The cyclical violence continues because Israel's ruling right wing knows that it can continue to murder and steal land now only with impunity but reward in the form of $ Trillions extorted from the US by Israeli lobbies.

Israel's ruling right wing has long made it clear that it doesn't want peace(4) when they will be rewarded by the US Government for violating International law and committing what Jews and non Jews around the world are calling a Genocide.

Finally, every day that Israel's genocidal right wing regime perpetuates the systematic extermination of Gaza's homeless, hungry, traumatized and wounded, the cyclical retaliations are guaranteed to continue.

Your choice of cartoons omits the fact that the Israeli created Hamas(5) to fight the PLO and the fact that the graphic and gratuitous slaughter in Gaza only guarantees a potentially more violent and extreme group to resist Israel's international condemned Gaza genocide making both Israel and the US less safe for its complicity in war crimes.

With about 2.7 Billion Muslims in the world forming alliances with BRIC and other nations, Netanyahu' genocidal folly has only served an unrivaled recruitment tool for generations of Muslims eager to retaliate against Netanyahu's genocidal war crimes.

It should be evident to even a casual student of this conflict than Israel's right wing Zionist lobbies are manipulating America into an unwinnible "War on Islam" for Israel's regional hegemony.
