SS is designed for those 65 and above. You are talking about someone who is 96 years old. SS shouldn't have taken those guns away, but the family sure as hell should have.

Yes on the government, no on the family.

No one has the right to take anyones guns unless they are a threat to someone. IF they had left the 96 year old alone the deaths would have been averted.

As Mark Levin pointed out last night, the only way Social Security exists is because of capitalism.....people who work and create jobs create the money that is paid into the Social Security system.......without Capitalism ....no social security...sadly, social security, being run by the government instead of by individuals handling their own retirement is broke.....it just doesn't know it yet....
