Fact. Trayvon Martin's physical attack on George Zimmerman was the only illegal action taken by either party. It was legal for Trayvon Martin to be there. It was legal for George Zimmerman to follow, observe, and even confront and question Martin. The attack by Trayvon made the subjective decision by Zimmerman to use deadly force potentially justifiable.

Moral of the story...and it's one all should take to heart...Don't physically attack people. Had Martin not physically attacked Zimmerman, either he would be alive today or Zimmerman would be in prison for life.
