Arizona AG suggests residents may gun down masked ICE agents if they felt threatened under state law

And just like that, Democrats became Second Amendment aficionados and Castle Doctrine supporters. Under her logic, can residents also fire upon the Phoenix PD and the Maricopa County Sheriff's office if they also feel threatened by them?

Arizona's Attorney General Kris Mayes has wildly suggested that residents can open fire on masked ICE agents if they feel their life is in danger, citing the state's self-defense laws. But the Democrat's jaw-dropping comments have sparked outrage from critics who fear her words could incite violence against federal officers.

She won't be there long.

Nor will Hobbs or Fontes.

Biggs will be governor.

Mark Lamb will take Biggs place.

In two years Lamb will kick Kelly's rear to the curb.

If the democrats get the violence they are calling for America is in big trouble.
No...

Democrats are in big trouble.

When the dust clears and the bodies are buried, they will be a significantly smaller body of idiots.

Calm yourself. What American Citizen gun owner has not contemplated, what they might or might not do, if government agents local or federal attempted to illegally break into one's home? And this was long before ICE was ever created. The whole point of the 2nd Amendment, is that citizens not be subject to having their rights in their homes trampled by government.

What the AG actually said:

During an interview with 12 News anchor Brahm Resnik on Monday, Mayes explained why ICE agents could be shot at under Arizona law.
"You know, it’s kind of a recipe for disaster because you have these masked federal officers with very little identification, sometimes no identification, wearing plain clothes and masks," Mayes explained.

"We have a stand-your-ground law that says if you reasonably believe your life is in danger, and you’re in your house or your car or on your property, that you can defend yourself with lethal force," Mayes added

The host interjected to ensure that the AG wasn’t imploring people to shoot at federal officers.

"I want to be careful with that and understand what you’re saying because you know how that could be interpreted," the host clarified.

Mayes asserted she wasn’t directly encouraging individuals to shoot officers, but said if law enforcement couldn’t be identified that, under the law, people could fire.

"Well, it’s the fact," Mayes responded. "We have a stand-your-ground law, and we have, in other states, un-uniformed masked people who can’t be identified as police officers."

the first time in her life she defended the stand your ground law. hahahahahahahahaha only a democrat.

EvilEyeFleegle, this is fake?

Nope.
The initial fact is correct in that he was acquitted..but your assertions in the post I commented on are incorrect.
There was no 'Hitman plot' to begin with. Thus, your saying that he 'put a hit out' is a lie.
The govt. was proven to have lied with its assertions on Cartel and gang involvement.

Florida has the 'Stand Your Ground' law, and Meatball Ron proudly told citizens they could shoot someone who is threatening them. So ICE had better be identifiable. Proud Boys in masks and nothing saying Police or ICE may get shot in self-defense.

Arizona has one of those Republican favorite "Stand Your Ground" laws and yes it applies to law enforcement though i don't think it's ever been applied anywhere.

It's funny how the flock never catches on to the fact their leaders toss this shit out there so the little lemmings can go get shot................but you never see them out there doing what they are directing their minions to do.:auiqs.jpg:
