The ICE detention facility in Broadview, Illinois (west-suburban Chicago area) is clashing with protestors...

If I correctly interpreted what I was seeing on one of the NewsNation video clips a protestor got nudged by an ICE pickup truck...

Protestors by the hundred out in the street, trying to block vehicles, ICE agents atop the building with pepper-spray launchers, etc...
