Anyone who is okay with them likely sees his various prosecutions as persecution. Those people are unaware, or in denial of, the facts of the cases. There's a remedy for that. Read Smith's three indictments, one of which was an amended version of the first following the SC's constitutionally unsupported creation of presidential immunity.
