I cannot do the same types of workouts like benchpress is because of my spinal injury. But what do you recommend. Right now I’m doing as many planks, wall push ups, arm curls , I do some leg exercises to but I don’t think I’m getting enough resistance to get the type of muscles that I would perhaps really want. I’m doing tons and tons of walking I’m eating protein bars but I’m wondering is protein bars really the way forward or maybe just eating a bunch of meat?
I tried the carnivore diet it was tough though.
