Are There Any Major Fed-Gov Financial Records Kept In LA California?

We already know the 3 letter agencies are destroying records left & right.

Then "China" hacks the US Treasury.

Then L.A. county burns to ashes...and now all they're reporting on is LOOTING LOOTING LOOTING! (they barely mentioned looting during the great 2020 riots).

I'm starting to wonder if the fires and the "looting" will be the excuse for a major loss of financial records that DOGE will never be able to see.
