Are democrats intentionally trying to lose the 2016 election?

Since that isn't the case in the first place and that welfare has existed and flourished under white houses, senates, and houses controlled by BOTH parties, you're wrong in the 2nd place as well.

Red states are usually atop the list of welfare recepients.

Obviously, you know little of what you speak of.

you really need to run along and play little girl. you are looking dumber with each new post.

but to help you a little:

there are more people on welfare now than ever before'
there are more people in poverty now than ever before
there are more people on food stamps now than ever before
our national debt went from 9T to 17T in 5 years under obama
the unemployment rate has been at or above 8% for longer than any time in history.
energy prices are going up at unprecented rates
the world is laughing at our incompetent president
the current congress has done nothing because Reid blocks every bill from the senate floor
67% of americans do not want obamacare.

obama has been a disaster, face it.

Didn't Republicans run on that in 2012 and get their asses handed to them?

52/48 is not an "ass handing". California and New York elected obama in 2012.

Romney did not run a good campaign because he refused to attack obama on his failures. It was a dire strategic error.

the next campaign will be about what the liberal progressive mindset has done to this country. But with half of the voters on the govt teat, we may get more and more of this shit until the country goes completely down the fiscal tubes. But I guess thats what you libs want. I will never understand why you want this country to fail, but its obvious that that is your goal.

One of their "maybes", Rick Perry, basically ended his aspirations for nationwide office last week with the abortion bill. Give them long enough, they'll find the self-destruct button.

Perry never had a chance on the national stage.

Hey, how about a hillary/biden ticket------you could have two old incompetent liars on the same ticket. Please use that one. Hilly the idiot and Joe the fool. Yee haa, I think we solved the dem problem.

I would gladly support a Clinton/Biden ticket......So would most Americans

so you would want two senile, old, tired, angry people running the country. WTF is wrong with you?

as to "so would most americans" :disagree:

no

wrong, are you claiming that 5% is needed for a population of 20 but not for a population of 300 million? :cuckoo: since 5% of 20 is 1, does that give you a valid sample? of course not, the bigger the sample the more accurate the result.

yes, the math says that a 5% sample is the minimum for a statistically relevant result. the % does not go down as the population goes up.

The final poll average, for the presidential election, is almost always accurate to within a few percentage points.

That average is composed of a sample of about 10,000 likely voters. What percent of the actual number of voters is that?

It sure as hell isn't 5%

the pollsters have been pretty good with their guesses recently. the question is whether that is due to accurate polling or is due to people being influenced by "polling results".

its a game, why is that so hard for you to grasp?

Do you vote based on polling results?

Romney ran on giving everyone a 20% tax cut, increasing defense spending, and promising not to touch Medicare or Social Security.

That's what you voted for. A fiscal disaster disguised as a free lunch.

obama also promised not to touch medicare or social security, he ran on no increased taxes for anyone making under 250K. He lied to you, you voted for a liar and a fraud.

speaking of fiscal disasters--------national debt increased from 9T to 17T and will be over 20T when obozo finally leaves office. he will have increased the debt more than all previous presidents combined. He will have added 11T to the debt, all the previous 43 only added 9T.

The debt as of January 20th 2009 was 10.6 trillion. Stop lying to me, or stop posting shit you have no clue about,

or stop responding to my posts altogether.

Take your pick.

I don't think you understand how the Electoral College works.

how many electoral votes in those two states? I understand it quite well.

Quite a few but they aren't why Obama won, Romney had no chance in either state. Did Bush win in 2004 because of Texas? No.

Stating that Obama won in 2012 because of CA and NY is an idiotic statement.

you're right. I should have said obama increased it from 10 to 17, or 11 to 18 if you want to round up.

but that does not change the fact that obama will have added more debt than all 43 previous presidents.

are you proud of that?

obama has been a disaster, face it.
that's your opinion... The FACT of the matter is... The electorate didn't agree with you. The GOP had a chance to pick their very best candidate to go up against this guy who you claim has been a disaster....you had a rigorous primary process designed to find that candidate... You found him... And the "disasterous" incumbent kicked his ass.

Sucks to be a republican, I bet.

Didn't John Kerry win California and New York? Why wasn't he president?

Didn't Al Gore win California and New York?

For you to claim that California and New York decide who wins is retarded.

if obama had failed to carry either of those states romney could have won. add ohio, penn, and fla and it could have been a landslide for romney. so my point is valid. a small number of states decide the elections. the EC is supposed to prevent that, but it doesn't.

hope you are not too confused.

yep, obama won. if the media was right instead of left romney would have won. why is it a good thing for the media to decide our elections?

Romney was the compromise candidate, but if he had run a smarter campaign he might be president today. taking the high road and not attacking obama's lies and failures was a huge mistake.

Newsflash for ya: the media doesn't decide our elections. People who go to the polls and vote on election day do.

If...but...if...but. Call the ******* waaaaaaaaaaambulance. You're supposedly a party of grownups. If you guys can't figure out how to nominate a winner and have him run a winning campaign, you don't ******* DESERVE to win the presidency. It's really that simple. Quit blaming the media for you all picking a rich elitist in magic underwear who couldn't keep his dick out from under his shoe.

President Obama won by over 120 electoral votes and took over 62% of the vote. That puts Republicans in quite a bind in 2016. They need to reassert themselves in battleground states and even turn some blue states into battleground.

That is not happening

Republicans are losing ground in battleground states and will see Democrats competing in once solidly red states. If Florida goes blue, Republicans will never win another Presidency
