Are Biden's issuance of presidential pardons going too far?

Show me some besides Nixon and the Draft dodgers.

And show me that they were as broad as the ones just given.
You’re moving the goalposts. What’s the point when you won’t accept any facts as sufficient?

The legal system begs to differ.

Is Orwellian your new word of the day (that you don't actually understand)?
Are you going to redefine Orwellian? In 1984, Ingsoc used language to control people and allow authoritarians to do whatever they wanted.

Here you’re redefining pardon to do whatever you authoritarians want.

The legal system doesn’t beg to differ. The legal system recognizes that offenses are committed at the time they’re committed and exist whether or not there are charges. The legal system lives in reality, unlike you.

No, you are going to misuse it, like you do to a lot of words and concepts.

You’re moving the goalposts because your opinion is bullshit.

Your opinion comes from your partisan hackery, not from logic.
Hunter is the reality of criminal ways. There are so many in government of any way and others in private concerns that pull is one way or the other.

This is obviously abuse of the pardon.
Just another one of ol joes fuck ups.

So? It's different. What do you intend to do about it? The correct answer would be "nothing", because you cannot.

What about Carter's mass pardoning of all the draft dodgers?

They were accused of a specific Crime. Draft dodging.

I don't do anything, but I expect some lawyers to begin the lawsuit process.
