Are Biden's issuance of presidential pardons going too far?

Where does it say that?

Right here..

I don’t see a time qualifier.

it's all good. You now gave Trump all the reason to pardon himself and anyone else who he wants should he decide to use the government to go after his Political adversaries, and there won't be anything g you all can say about it.

But I am curious, why would anyone of these people need pardons? If they are innocent, the legal system will prove them so, right?

Fauci is guilty as Hell and so is the traitor Miller.

He left those two for the very end, so glad he is gone.

If they’re preemptively pardoned from something not established, it can’t prevent them from being convicted of something later.
IOW, these preemptive pardons mean nothing.
I agree, to think they believe the cotus meant to pardon people for random ambiguous crimes is faulty thinking. When it says that they can pardon for offenses, they meant for offenses already known.

You can retroactively pardon someone in a blanket way. What if that person had some really bad crimes in the past, such as treason?

Also, lotus says pardons are for offenses against the state. Using the government as a weapon against someone isn't an offense against the US, it's an offense against that person.

However, if the dems want this, then when this comes around over the next 4 years, they won't have anything to say about it.

Granted, Trump says he wants the lawfare to end, so they'll probably be safe, a decision i think he will regret..as the first chance they get, they will stab him in the back

Those are posts. Where does it say that in the law?

Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt.

Burdick v United States

The Supreme Court's opinion stated that a pardon carries "an imputation of guilt and acceptance of a confession of it,"
You don't read very well, do you?

From Burdick v. United States - Wikipedia

"Whether the acceptance of a pardon constitutes an admission of guilt by the recipient is disputed."
You just proved yourself wrong with that case. What else ya got?

But you answered my post with that. I am not a Democrat.
I wasn't referring to you as a Democrat. I was simply saying, this is the dems point of view, so if they really believe that, then they are guilty of the same

Also, I didn't answer your post with that, it was an open response meant for general consumption.

Post 183..
