I really think this "History" would benefit being sub-divided further into varied historical epochs, but that doesn't look likely, so I'm tossing this into the jumbled mess. Hopefully the title is self-explaining.

I'll lead off with this one;

there are probably many more advanced civilizations that existed in pre history than we know about
