The polls don't show this conclusion at all. I'm sure that the questions weren't coming from Republicans but wolves in sheepskin Democrats or Never-Trumpers. Both still a bunch of liars who lie in wait to deceive. As an example, when Congress pass laws, they are handed off to the various departments to implement the laws with bureaucrats writing rulings that have the power of laws like fines and imprisonment. So far, no judge or jury have stopped bureaucrats writing and re-writing laws passed by Congress for implementation. The Constitution most certainly does allow for Executive Orders. Especially if they have something to do with laws passed by Congress like Title IX. Maine's Governor will pay for her defiance as an example. I'd like to see her arrested. She will find the Executive Order on transgender participations in girl's sports will be upheld by the Supreme Court.

So, Musk is the department head of DOGE and can implement the Executive orders by Trump to find waste, fraud and abuse anyway possible. And, it's not hurting Trump's approval ratings. In fact, those are going up, not down.
