He may be corrupt, but I would venture it would be on the side of corrupt and partisan in favor of Republican partisan shenanigans.... that's why he has taken SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LONG with this security investigation....back in August he said the investigation would be completed in October, but he has dragged it on in to the primaries to hurt Hillary's chance as a candidate and to help Senator Grassly....

Just like they've kept Obama in check? No, not really.
