Get rid of the Filibuster and Washington DC becomes a State in a minute... Puerto Rico right after...

Actually all the Teritories should be allowed to vote in all elections... So either amalgamated into other states or they get one senator... I prefer one senator and full voting rights to the congress representatives.

Add in proper voting rights act which the GOP know is a death nail... GOP can't rig elections if the ay have to play fair... They prefer to cheat than actually come out with policies that would help a majority of Americans..
