Well a lot of California people are moving there and California companies and they will bring their beliefs with them, Austin is already a supposed great place for young people which also means liberals, and with the illegals the Biden administration is letting come across the border it is quite possible Texas turns democrat.
It's a key state they are eyeballing to be sure as Texas is synonymous with conservatives, plus they hate their abortion laws and guns so it will be a target for them.

Ocasio-Cortez, who has had mixed results when endorsing candidates, was in San Antonio to support the campaigns of Jessica Cisneros and Greg Casar. I sold my house in Round Rock in 2002 for $320k...its listed now for $905K up in Canyon Creek.LOL....."There are many others like it but this one is mine" comes to mind when I think of the TX mega subdivisions.

Some of the biggest movers and shakers in TX state gop politics made (or are still making) their fortunes in TX real estate, selling out their state to the leftists, one lot at a time.
