Despite this fact and despite the fact that nearly 3/4 if the Palestinians support endless war against Israel and the rape, torture and murders of Israelis, Israel has taken significant steps to hasten the delivery of aid to civilians.

Israel set up the sea route to Cyprus and Gaza Biden is now claiming credit for and has constructed military roads that aid trucks can now use to deliver aid safely to northern Gaza and has organized clans not affiliated with Hamas to protect the trucks at the distribution sites.

While Biden plans to dawdle for months constructing a "temporary" pier, the EU has already constructed a temporary pier and two aid sips have used it to deliver aid to Gaza, but the countries that are screaming about hunger in Gaza are not providing enough aid to make a difference and the aid agencies that have been crying about a food crisis in Gaza are slow to deliver aid trucks that Israel has already inspected.

the Geneva convention laws aren't designed to give the insurgents the advantage, which is what you are hoping for.
