Sorry Ind, my bad, but once again, AOC is a socialist box of rocks. She will get crushed, if not in the Dem primaries (like Harris) at least in the General.

I say let her get crushed on her own and she will. If we purposely build her up to be the nominee that just gives her more credibility. Trump and the Republicans did not destroy the democrat party. Democrats destroyed themselves. Just sit back in a lawn chair eating popcorn and enjoy the show.

There has been talk about it, maybe not much on this site but I have read of some on the right wanting to purposely build AOC up to be the democrat nominee so that Republicans can win easier in 2028. That's the same shit that democrats did with Trump in 2016 and it backfired bigly.

In a video posted to his "Silver Bulletin" website on Wednesday, Silver and political podcaster Galen Druke came up with draft picks for the Democratic Party’s next presidential nominee and settled on AOC being the strongest contender.

"My first pick of the first-round draft is Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez," Druke said.

"F--- you! That was going to be my f---ing first pick!," Silver responded, adding, "We both are on the AOC bus." Earlier, he said his first pick likely had at best a "20% chance" to be the nominee, indicating it was far from a confident prediction.

Guess throwing in a few cuss words makes one more credible. Nevertheless, let's take a look at how well AOC has handled her district.

Harris recently sent out a letter declaring the DNC is in dire straights (broke) and that donations are down drastically.

Newsome from CA WAS a contender....but is having massive publicity problems due to California state failures....firefighting, Healthcare for illegals, power shortages, water shortages and disastrous budget shortfalls.
All major issues next election cycle and Newsom is a dead weight around all Democrat necks.

Leaving a couple of state govenors.
No one wants to be a sacrificial lamb to Vance's campaign which is already getting enough money for two terms worth of campaigning.

Harris outspent Trump by a 3:2 margin at least. And failed miserably in the polls, especially when you subtract the fraudulent votes.

Democrats have nothing this cycle or the next two.
They are going to focus all their money and efforts on congressional races (cheaper and more effective at stopping a president)

Many of the "big money" donations were actually funded through USAID and with poor research looked like outside US money influencing elections.

But that's all gone now.

So....they need REAL leadership instead of manufactured leadership. Tulsi was a plausible leader for them. But we know how well that went. She is on tap for Vance's VP pick. (If she can raise the money)

The Democrats have three years to read the room and adapt to what voters want, not just what Democrats want. They know they will need a highly skilled public speaker and debater, with a platform of mostly new material. They have three years to audition every blue governor, congressperson, and anyone else who bothers to show up. If AOC is the most competent at saying the new lines in interviews and debates, then she may be the candidate.
