And look at her now. The number one sought after endorsement.I've heard her talk. No, I don't think she's particularly intelligent. The reason why people call her "The Bartender" was before she got elected in a deep blue district, that was her most significant accomplishment in life.
"You've come a long way, baby."
She's a lot smarter than the former game show host. A lot smarter.
She may end up as our first female president.
The "Persuadables" are much less than 8 percent of the electorate. A much higher percentage stays home on election day.So really, the "Persuadeables" are probably only about 8% of the electorate, once you take out that 1-2% who always vote third party to feel special about themselves.
No one truly inspires the electorate. These days, they inflame the electorate.
We are more polarized than ever. So much so, that if someone comes up with an actual good idea, the other side refuses to listen.
I think the last time both sides listened to each other was during the Clinton administration. At least until the Republicans put him under oath and grilled him about his sex life. That's when our country began to go off the rails.
Could you imagine Republicans putting the president under oath today and grilling him about his sex life until he lied?
This is not the same Republican Party. That party died a long time ago.
The Democrats have always been yanked around by the far left. That's why when I left the dead GOP, I registered as Independent.
