Well, now we know what Pitch Black would have looked like if it had a bigger budget.

Actually, no, I won't go that far. Pitch Black took chances as a movie. This movie, I knew that

the chick from Battlestar Galactica and the bible thumping kid were going to survive

because they probably tested well with test audiences.

I really liked the first two. Good pulpy Action/SciFi.

My problem with the series is that the NecroMongers are kind of high Space Opera that didnt' belong in the same universe as the Mercs and bounty hunters. It's like there were two incompatable universes.

Get a free on-demand movie every month. Unrated Riddick is an option but after watching the free 10 minute preview I opted for "Man of Steel" instead. Like the Riddick movies n all but LOVE Superman ones more Will hit free on-demand eventually. Still waiting for the first Hunger Games on free on-demand too. That's taking longer than most every other movie for some reason.
