You might consider it.Thanks. I've heard of that therapy. A lady tenant of mine used it but said it didn't help much. But she had other problems as well as SAD. I don't feel that mine is serious enough to bother with the light therapy. I just live with it until spring.
Sadly, living in Ohio, I'm the opposite. The older ive gotten the more i enjoy the snow and colder temps. A warm climate would depress me.

Michigan winters depress me more every year. fortunately winter ends quicker every year tooI have suffered from "Seasonal Affected Disorder" for several years now. I began to notice it about 10 years ago. Over the winter months I slowly go into a sort of depression where I lose interest in things. I just don't feel right. Then about the time spring arrives I snap out of it. This year was no different. The other day I went for a walk, first walk in many weeks, and the next morning I was my old self again, feeling great and ready to take on the world. Anyone else have similar experiences?

I think there are lots of folks who have varying degrees of SAD. We have many thousands of "snow birds" who come here to Arizona usually after Christmas and stay until March or April.I have suffered from "Seasonal Affected Disorder" for several years now. Hard not to in the northern climes in the winter. I've found that vitamin D every other day helps. This year was much better for me as we had a very mild winter with many more sunny days than normal.I have suffered from "Seasonal Affected Disorder" for several years now. My sister is the same way. I'm the opposite. I like the cold and snow. I like getting out in it and skiing. I am not a fan of the overcast though. I prefer sunny days.I know that's the usual reaction.
To me it's one of the ugliest sights on Earth. I hate it.
Allergies are a challenge for the Mrs. and our youngest. Is this a pollen thing? Because the pollen is kicking my ass.
