Quite often, there is nothing good about the day.
Actually it is has been very rare that any of us have been unable to find something good to say about the day.

Yes, I don't doubt that you can. However, I also suspect you don't wish every day you had never been born.
Maybe you should try the excerize yourself. When you sit down to eat, try to think about ONE good thing that happened that day, even if it was just seeing a pretty sunset or having a good conversation with a buddy.
That sort of activity tends to put me in a downward spiral.
Yesterday was a co-workers of mine's last day. Sow we ordered from a local, but expensive resteraunt.
I got Bankers and Chips. It was delicious.
That was probably the high point of the day. Well the wife wanted to celebrate a financial milestone with a glass of win, and we did.
But truly the lunch was better.
you have anything good to eat yesterday?
Nope. Got my order screwed up, charged three times because the CC machine wasn't working properly, and fully expect to spend a couple hours un-******* my credit card bill. Been a miserable couple of weeks even by my standards.
Quit your bitching and go enjoy the 4th of July. You're as whiny as Quasar.Nope. DAM! Sounds good. Bring back the Family......is way on the rise, as we've been hearing for years. As a veteran (and soon to be retired) teacher, I have three remedies parents could implement immediately (for what it's worth):
--Get your kids outside, preferably exercising, DAILY as much as possible.
--Get your kids OFF THE DEVICES, or at least strictly monitor the time they spend on them.
--Implement a family dinner time every night possible. No devices at dinner. It doesn't have to be fancy. Just eat as a family.
I really think if families could do these three things, kids would be a lot more mentally sound.
What are your ideas?
