Biology 101.

A virus will infect any populace that does not have acquired immunities. PERIOD! FULL STOP!

A group of people will have a percentage of the populace that will die. Until the populace obtains a level of herd immunity (around 70%) it will "burn" through the populace.

Death is normal and natural, all man can do is prolong the inevitable. Death isn't funny but it is a fact of life. Putting infected people in nursing homes was a preventable number of deaths.

The faster the majority of the populace becomes immune to this virus the safer it is for those who have higher mortality rates as those people can no longer carry the virus.

By hiding from this virus you make it last longer and the death rates to go up.

I said last winter that the virus wasn't going to go away in the summer. The trump people attacked me for it. I said that the south has the same weather in the winter we have in the summer in the north, the virus ran rampant in the south last winter.

It ran rampant in the summer even though trump and his followers said it wouldn't.

I have been saying that this stupid herd immunity won't work because people are getting the virus more than once.

Now we have a study that confirms what I've been saying.

First off, they didn't state what the matter of time is before the antibodies become ineffective. It also said a resolution may require yearly injections like we have for the flu. Secondly, I know of no accurate antibody tests, or I would take one myself. My sister works at the Cleveland Clinic, and she says with a 40% inaccuracy rate, they refuse to use those tests pro or con.

It didn't have a link to the study, but I see they had a link to CNN, who's all in when it comes to negative news regarding our President in charge. They don't want people to have hope, they want people in fear so they vote for Creepy Joe instead of Trump.

The title of the article contradicts what is in the article. It does not say that there is NO herd immunity. It says that immunity wanes with time. And it may take longer than expected to achieve herd immunity.

It also doesn't go into that even without true "immunity" persons with immune systems who have fought off COVID before probably won't get as sick as the first time, or sick at all.

Remember that a person who's immune system fights off a disease before symptoms occur is still infected, they are just not symptomatic, and probably not infectious.
