What is "reject" supposed to mean in this context? You can certainly criticize the behaviour and actions and even articulated belief systems of individuals. What would make it antisemitic is to attribute the behaviour, actions, and articulated belief systems to the Jewish collective. Frankly, creating a list of "evil" Jews as a demonstration that the term "antisemitic" is being misapplied is counterintuitive.

Goyim means "nations" and is used at various biblical and post biblical points to refer to Jews, or non-Jews. It has developed as a shorthand to refer to non-Jews. There is no negative to it -- it is a word. Of course, one can use any word in an insulting way, but that isn't inherent in the word or its common usage.
