I worked at a pizza place once where the manager was from venezuela and one of the drivers was from Iran. I would walk in from a delivery and they would be standing there talking about how much better there homelands were than the US. Complaining about politics and the like. So one day, I asked so why the hell are you here? And one of them just goes, "I'm just here to make money man, I can make much more here than in Venezuela" So that's the only reason your even here then? I asked. "Yeah".

I really wish we had never put out that message: send us your poor huddled masses, or whatever it says exactly. Because now we're a country full of hateful immigrants who are just using us. I think it's time to start deporting immigrants who voice negative opinions about the USA. :fu2: F. you immigrants!!

I hate it when people complain about being here--in the U.S. or a specific state/town/city. I can relate to that one. Whenever I hear people talking about how much they hate my town I tell them to get the fuck out.

As for deporting anyone for voicing negative opinions about the USA, well, that just wouldn't be American.

I agree. I'd push them further, why do you think you can make more money here? Because this country is 100 times better than your shithole homes. Thats why you came here. If you hate it soo much, no one is freakin holding you here. What do you think would happen to them if they said these things in Iran? No more tongue for starters. Slow painful death for enders.

Just reiterate to them these sentiments and see where they go from there.

I share our concerns and frustration. However, I don't know that you do deal with it.

I mean one of our founding priciples is free speech and the right to criticize the government. Now, if they begin seditionist speaches, treasonous (sp) speaches then we have another issue all together.

I can't stand when someone not of our country disses our way of life, but on the other hand we can't dictate our beliefs selectively. Goes with the territory of living in a free democracy. Damn it

When somebody badmouths our country, sinking his fangs into the hand that feeds him, we can refuse to support his efforts with our dirty American money. True, money makes a difference....That's why I'm hoping that the NEW prop 187 goes through here in CA. Kicking illegals off of welfare will cause alot of them to leave and/or not come here. True, some of them will criticize more than ever, but there will be less of them to do it!!

this has to be the most unamerican site i have ever seen...you can have an opion as long as you agree with me...WOW now that is america at its best. just like how we all hate the french now that the dont agree with us.there was no reason for us to treat them like that.yes we helped them in ww2 but they helped us become a country or shal we just ship that little gift they gave us in new york back to france. how do we deal with negative comments about our country...if what they are saying is true...and yes we just like evey other country has made a mistake or20 i would also point out the postive points about this country.
