As much as I despise Trump ... he was the President when he claimed the classified material. Biden, on the other hand, did NOT have the right to seize classified material as he was NOT the President at the time. At least everyone recognized that he was too feebleminded to stand trial. But that's the very reason why the Auto-Pen debacle should not stand up to scrutiny.

You forgot that George W. Bush ceded power to Dick Cheney, and changed the rules, so that the vice president had the same classification/declassification authority as the president.
