Another Whack Against Harvard

I don't think so. Enrolling internatonal students is not a right enumerated in the Constitution.

Do all rights have to be enumerated in the Constitution to be held by the people?

He can't lose. Harvard has no standing to sue for their students! Do you automatically post a lie, without even thinking? That's talent!

The students aren't subject to the order, Harvard is.

Harvard can demonstrate standing because not being able to enroll foreign students will have a damaging impact on the University's finances. That is damages to the University for them to have standing.

The order does not deport the students directly, it prevents Harvard from enrolling them.

Yup. They'd be losing huge $$$$ if they don't have those foreign dollars pouring in,
They are arguably the #1 university on planet earth. A large international contingent is a major portion of their makeup. Why is Trump attacking them again?

Your cult is comfortable with that. The rest of us aren't.
