Looks like another "wiin" for the Democrat controlled DOJ. Governor Ducey attempted to build a makeshift wall in Arizona with shipping containers, but our ever vigilant DOJ sued Arizona to have them removed. I guess this is part of making the border more secure. Is there anything the Democrats are doing that isn't trying to tear us down?

Biden cannot usurp federal law from the legislature (congress) that was legally signed into law. His "whim" means exactly shit and he needs to be held criminally liable for the deaths and human trafficking he is allowing. His oath is to Uphold the law, not to pick and choose what he wants to enforce.
