I don't care HOW this man was acting up, he did not deserve to be killed for this acting up....

He became disorderly and escalated into physical confrontation. What was it that the cop did wrong?

No use of baton? Tazer? Use any other non-lethal force?

Makes you wonder whatever happened to the Tazer, doesn't it? Oh, that's right. Darren Wilson testified that it was large and "uncomfortable" to carry around.
