Another soft on crime horror story (25 felonies...)

I'm shocked a career criminal would commit a violent crime. Shocked I tell you!
Sadly its hard to prosecute someone for murder until they commit murder, unless we get Minority Report technology to see into the future. This was a very bad crime but I havent seen what the claim is against the republican leaders in SC that they could have done. Maybe it is malpractice of their leaders, I just am not following what it was.

Someone was killed in a county where all the elected officials are republican and Columbia SC is all republicans. What is going on here? I still dont understand.

possibly true

except I doubt anything can make those years look like the good old days... For one thing, I doubt it happens because people have made it abundantly clear they want the policies of TRUMP and the Republicans.

It's so cool we have the majority in all 3 levels of gummit and the scotus.

:)
And if that power isn't used to protect Americans from their traitors then very bad times are ahead.

I see Trump using the power all over the place.

The only thing I am not seeing is anything being done to these criminal judges. Maybe I haven't perused the news sufficiently (yet)?

If I wanted a picture of someone who shows he just doesn't give a rip about anything

That murderer would the one

Or maybe that one who shot up the ICE facility in Dallas! OMG

How is this a political issue? I am not following.

First, Lexington Co is 70% Republican... its South Carolina.

Second, looks like it was this guy's first violent offense, as horrific as it was, (as if any murder isnt horrific). Are we blaming prosecutors for not being Minority Report and convicting him of future crimes or is there some violent crime in the past that was whitewashed?

Here is his crimes. Almost all the charges were stolen goods or possession charges. I didnt see anything violent, but maybe I missed it. No idea why a career thief graduated into a cold blooded executioner. He deserves to never see freedom.

Committing burglary with a pistol two years ago. Yeah, who woulda thunk he might kill someone with a pistol while committing a burglary

Then vote out the republican leaders. This thread title is bullshit. Not one democrat is leading the areas listed in that rap sheet I posted above.

I mean this site is getting useless. You guys would blame democrats for a tornado that takes out back wood republican trailer parks.

I've seen so many cases of burglars becoming murderers.

I wonder why the judges can't see this connection?

Or maybe they can because.. How could they not? But they don't CARE

Yeh, that one

Hate to break it to you, but no one would miss your bullshit if you packed up and left.

Really? Where do you see all this? Are you in law enforcement? If so, what can you do to suppress future crime? Seems hard to find murderers ahead of time. I mean we just had two marines go on shooting rampages. Ex-military are way over represented in mass shootings. There are a lot of at risk slices of society that you cant preemptively jail.

Which part was bullshit?

Fifteen year rap sheet. 3 arrests a year, working up to burglary with a pistol. Yes, people should have seen it coming.

Ignorant OX. 25 Felonies? 600 days in jail completed...only 600. 39 arrests? You have no idea what he was PLED down to either. How many he already got away with? 500?

“She was 5-foot-3. She weighed 115 pounds … BANG!” he shouted at the members of the committee.

“Dead. Gone. Why? Because Alexander Devonte Dickey — who was arrested 39 Goddamn times, 25 felonies — was on the street.”

Two things.

1. I've pointed out over and over this is a republican area with republican leaders.

2. Im just not sure what you are suggesting. Locking up all criminals forever for non-violent crimes? Who decides who will one day commit a heinous crime? You?

Silly clown. Did he live and commit crimes there after he graduated college nearby? SHUP with it. He could have been living elsewhere like GA for 90% of his crimes. I didn't read that deep. Could br FLA judges or worst town in SC.

Terrible crime and the criminal should be punished. I have not said I know everything about this case.

If you scroll up Ive asked 2 questions.

1. How is this the fault of democrats in a republican state in a republican city run by republicans?
2. What are people suggesting we do?

As a reminder, just a few miles away

All the crimes on the rap sheet (i'll post again) were in Lexington Co. I saw as far back as 2013. There has never been a democrat running Lexington Co since the big flip of the south to republicans in the 60's.
