Ok.That's where you get it wrong. Like you're missing the whole "Freedom" part of this. As in it's a right to say something. Even if someone doesn't like it. The other person has the right to walk away. To ignore it. Or anything other than retaliate with violence or force. Their right stops when they try to retaliate physically.
Companies should have the right to fire anyone for any reason. Don't like the color of their shoes, they should still be able to fire you for that. Because having a job with any company, isn't a right.
I wasn't arguing otherwise.
