Public nuisance laws are unconstitutional if they are applied to restrict speech and/or religion.

Not at all, if they are causing undue disturbance of people going about their business.

That's why we arrested three TPM in the summer of 2009 for refusing to stop shouting at the speakers in the Town Hall Meeting.

Let then out in handcuffs, told them they would be gagged if they did not stop shouting, took them down the hall to the municipal judge, who told them "shut the **** up, go home, or go to jail and be placed under a $500 non-disturbance bond. On second thought, shut the **** up, go home, and be place under the bond anyway."

Had no more problems from the quiffs.

Workmans comp is even more restrictive. It is heavily regulated and severely overpriced. On top of that it seems that there is only one or two providers allowed by state.
