Corrupt Democrats filed an end run around suit within minutes of the SCOTUS ruling. Now Dems are using (abusing, corrupting) class action suits as a F you to the SCOTUS. Justice Alito is steaming mad.

Justices Kavanaugh and Sotomayor noted in the ruling (Justice Kavanaugh in the majority, and Justice Sotomayor in the decent) both noted that Class Action was the proper way.

So that isn't a "F you" to the SCOTUS, it's what the SCOTUS said. Justice Alito was out recommended by TWO other Justices.
