The Trump DOJ should have done this way back in 2020.

This guy went back to his donors and told them what was coming. While Trump was telling us all it would be gone in a week this guy was telling his big donors that schools would be closing and worse was yet to come.

Why not? the justice department doesn't have ay issue with charging people insufficient evidence and making their own conclusions on whats going on in peoples heads.

That’s what Durham did when he charged Sussmann. The jury acquitted him because they saw through it.

Former Rep Chris Collins was convicted of insider trading. To prove it, the DoJ had to get a lot of evidence to prove what he was doing and why.

Not that it mattered. Trump pardoned him because the Republicans don’t actually care about the law
