1) Make sure they can see your hands.
2) Have your ID ready.
3) Be polite. "Yes, sir/ma'am."
4) Do what you're told instantly.

Cops...to avoid getting pulled over.

It all starts with a BS stop by cops on a fishing expedition.

You do realize white people are pulled over for the same thing right?
Plenty of examples while Live PD and Cops were on the air. Big difference being the white trash generally didn't run.
A vehicle is a weapon and the idiot tried to regain control of it. If he cooperated, he would still be alive, just facing charges which he should have Manned up to instead of running like a child.

Maybe that's because whites are not as afraid of being shot for reaching for their wallets or reaching down to unfasten their seat belts. He made a move to his waist so I feared for my life, therefore I shot him..

On TV, when I was growing up, and maybe still today, the Police would chase after a running perp, not shoot him in the back. LEOS were slim, trim, and fit in those days and they would catch the guy on foot.
