Officer French and her male partner were both shot during a traffic stop just after 9 p.m. Saturday night. French’s injuries proved fatal and the male officer was hospitalized in critical condition.

The Chicago Sun-Times pointed out 41 of the weekend shooting victims were shot during a ten-hour window of time that began at 7 p.m. Saturday night. Five of those 41 victims succumbed to their wounds, and that includes Officer French, who was shot during the deadly ten-hour time-frame.

I saw a report on covid deaths in Chicago recently, the covid deaths where like 3, and homicide deaths were like 8. (sorry cant find the sources) Suffice it to say: What did local news report on? Guess. Not the fact the police have been defunded and the HUGE increase in homicides in the poor black community...NAH. Covid deaths are spiking.

Back when I was growing up if there was a police officer shot like Officer French was, the car the bad guys were in would have been riddled with bullets and would have looked like swiss cheese.
