• fascism is generic, Fascism was Mussolini's Italy; other fascist nations have differing forms of governance
• fascist regimes have most of the 14 point in some commonality***
• The DNC is pragmatic, making policy by debating within the committee [fiscal conservatives & fiscally responsible, progressives, liberals, middle roadies and mavericks].
