By the way, not being in Washington doesn't mean they are on vacation. They return to their home districts and/or states where they take time to meet the people they are actually supposed to be representing, but aren't. Personally, they should be spending the bulk of their time here and not in D.C. This is the 21st century. They should be allowed to start casting their votes online and have fewer quorums in person in Washington.
