And so it begins.

Speaking of the transition.......

Trump’s Failure To Sign Ethics Pledge Is Holding Up Transition: Report

ROFLMFAO, I guess congress has never heard of the separation of powers. They don't have the authority to tell a coequal branch to do a damn thing. That crap must have been passed by the commiecrats, most of those assholes have never read the Constitution.

.

Nobody at the DoJ is laughing. Nor are people who care about the rule of law.

I hope they're afraid, very afraid. And if you were concerned about the rule of law, you wouldn't have been cheering xiden refusing to enforce it for the last 4 years.

Hilarious

The Shirler is already on the fann

so, become a toady
You are a cultist. Bari Weiss. Demofks word of the month. Cultists. Only people always using same phrases and words. Hilarious cultist

Prove what? The grand juries put those 91 indIctments on trump. Is trump going to arrest all of them?

Indictments (spelled correctly BTW) are simply accusations and proof of nothing. Smith has a habit of getting his cases overturned by the courts.

Indictments prove that you committed an action that needs to be tried in court. But trump was convicted, which means the evidence showed he committed a crime. This ain't spelling class son.

Robert Wilke has been named to the transition team for the Pentagon. If that name doesn't ring a bell he was referred to the DoJ for criminal investigation when he was the head of the VA in trump's first term. All the best people.

Who did the referral and what was the outcome?

But it didn’t, there was no victim

A conservative lawyer working on Donald Trump’s transition, Mark Paoletta, offered a stark warning to career Justice Department lawyers Monday that those who refuse to advance Trump’s agenda should resign or face the possibility of being fired.
The beginning of the Trump fascist state: pursing a partisan agenda, not enforcing the law or defending the rights and protected liberties of the people.

Only if you believe one side of a story is proof of something. As I said, Smith has a history of mangling the truth and having his cases overturned. Then you can add his appoint violate the Constitutions appoint clause which leaves everything suspect.
Also all you misspellings make you look like an ignorant toady.

All prez's replace the US Attorneys at the beginning of their tenure. This isn't that. trump is setting up a pretense by which he can replace rank and file civil servants, some of whom are lawyers, who work for the DoJ.

If they're part of the problem, they need to go. Personally I hope he fires all the FBI leadership on day one and replaces them with people that haven't been a part of the swamp for decades. Bureaucrats should never be allowed to get too comfortable.

Are you saying xiden didn't pursue a partisan agenda?

He's breaking the law.

In a highly unprecedented move, President-elect Donald Trump is holding up the presidential transition process by refusing to provide the legally required ethics pledge.

The Presidential Transition Act requires the president-elect to sign an ethics agreement that applies to everyone on the transition team and includes a pledge vowing to avoid conflicts of interest once sworn into office.

Who is going to enforce the law? A DoJ run by Matt Gaetz?

I keep asking, but no one ever answers.

Can you explain the leftist fetish-like need to be victimized?
Tesla stock pops 8% in premarket after report Trump wants to relax U.S. self-driving rules

Tesla shares jumped on Monday following a report that President-elect Donald Trump’s transition team are planning to make a federal framework to regulate self-driving vehicles a top priority for the U.S. Transport Department.

As of 6:11 a.m. ET, Tesla stock was up 7.98% in U.S. premarket trading after the release of the Bloomberg News report, which cited unnamed sources familiar with the matter.

CNBC could not independently verify the report and has requested comment from the Trump team and from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a Transportation Department unit tasked to oversee self-driving technologies.

Musk was a central figure in the business world pushing for Trump’s return to the White House in the lead-up to this month’s elections. The tech billionaire now stands to benefit from the close relationship he has formed with the Republican politician, who previously served a first presidential term between 2017 and 2021.
