Or rather completely retarded. Mother in Missouri was photographed with her 14 yo daughter by her 13yo daughter posing topless. She's now faces criminal charges as the pic got circulated.
Last I heard, covering your nipples (as descriptions of the pic mention) is not nudity and we see clevage shots on tv all the time, and more recently bare bottoms on TLC without any blurring.
Being nude is not criminal. And unless a picture focuses specificly on genitals or depicts overt sexual acts, it's not criminal. Whatever prosecutor pursued this criminally should be fired.
