All of Dershowitz evidence is held by Dershowitz lawyers shown in court from his defamation suit against Virginia, and Virginia's suit against him. They both dropped their suits against each other and Virginia said, She might have been mistaken.

Those records are in the Southern District of New York, SDNY....where the big trove of Epstein's files and Maxwell files were being held for their trials until Bondi requested them.

Why Dershowitz would have any discovery files that don't pertain to him and his suits that would give us the Epstein list is questionable. Seems like he likely really wants to clear himself, more than the public statement Virginia made saying, "She might have been mistaken about him."
