While Trump´s statement is not that harsh and does not include any decision about future developments regarding the Israeli-Arab conflict, widespread anger and protests in the Arab world are the result. But Trump said the US is not creating a new situation and that both sides need to negotiate and reach a settlement.

The analysis says that the protests are more a result of Arabs being desperately discontented with their regimes that comply to Israel´s interests than with the decision to accept Jerusalem as Israel´s capital. The Arab leaders make toothless statements but there is no actual reaction, nothing, the analysis by James M. Dorsey underlines.

Arab anger: Governments and protesters walk a fine line

Arabs are horribly inbred after many generations of marriages between uncle and niece or first cousin. Add in the debilitating effects of following an evil supremacist ideology, and you need look no further for the actual source of their rage.

It has nothing to do with the hatred for Jews you share with them. It arises from the fact that their inbreeding has resulted in the decline of their cognitive abilities coupled with their following Islam, which tells them they are superior to all others. The cognitive dissonance is to much to bear, so they lash out in rage.

Debilitating effects and supremacist ideology! Cognitive abilities!

I don't know if the Protests over the Presidential announcement means anything. It might be a sign that the protesting population just needed to actively vent their frustation , And who better to vent about then America. It might have be nothing more than an opportunity to get those moth eaten American Flags out of the basement ( قبو ) and put them to good use.

I remeber back in the day, when, (in minutes) at The Ohio State University Campus, you could get 5000 students to protest over inhumane weight and color of the campus toilet paper use.

The exctement over the Presidential announcement is much to do about nothing (althouugh Dr Brian Greene might say something different), since the decision really was made in 1995 when Congress Passed the The Jerusalem Embassy Act (109 STAT. 398 → US Public Law 104-45), It was a busy year for America, the Oslo II Accords were signed on 24 September 1995.

And what the hell does the Muslim World have to say about US Foreign Policy on Israel. We can recognize anything we want since that is one of the pilars to being sovereign.

It would be interesting to sit back and listen to the fears ver the issue. Who would have though the announcement wuldhave the impact as it did.

Most Respectfully,
R

I think you are right-----the appropriate response to the objections to Trump's
Jerusalem announcement is to ignore the Jihadist protests. The ball is in
Israel's court as to how to deal with the reality of a REALLY UNIFIED
JERUSALEM. --------Jordan has ( 'god' only knows why) some "rights" Even
if just as a matter of 'symbolism'--------the rights conferred on Jordan should be
redefined and rendered ENTIRELY 'symbolic'.
